Biography

Claire Hurst is an experienced acupuncturist, trained mycologist, and functional medicine coach with a specialist focus on menopause and midlife health. A breast cancer survivor herself, Claire brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.

She runs a thriving in-person clinic and online practice, helping women build personalised, science-backed “Rebalance Toolkits” that integrate acupuncture, nutrition, functional medicine, and holistic health. Alongside her clinical work, Claire partners with corporate organisations to deliver effective menopause frameworks that educate and empower employees. She also works closely with women navigating medical menopause after breast cancer, providing compassionate, evidence-based support.

Claire’s passion is bridging traditional acupuncture practice with modern science to give women the tools they need to thrive through menopause and beyond.
