Further Information
While Western Academia has a significant body of evidence for Chinese Medicine based approaches, literary reviews often find that the research lacks the quality and relevance needed to make it truly impactful within Western Medicine.
Taking the perceived shortcomings of previous research as a starting point, the Qigong Academy’s current research project, run in conjunction with Oxford Health and Oxford University, takes a unique approach to Qigong in order to make it relevant and accessible for a Western healthcare environment without diluting the underlying principles of the practice.
