Biography
Katie studied Nutritional Therapy at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, graduating in 2007 and has been in the Nutrition Industry ever since. She has run her own practice for 15 years, worked for a large global supplement company and a multinational probiotic company as a Technical Trainer and Adviser to retailers and practitioners. She was a Nutritionist for Champneys spa group, lectured at the CNM on their short courses and has delivered corporate workshops and public courses on health and nutrition. Katie is also a Yoga Teacher specialising in Menopause.
As a Mycotherapy Consultant for Hifas da Terra in the UK , Katie’s mission is to help educate and train practitioners to become confident and passionate about recommending Hifas da Terra’s medicinal mushrooms to their clients within their practices to enable them to make significant changes to their health and wellbeing.
